Our Leadership: Mark Miller

Mark Miller: Financial Wrangler/Partner Mark Miller joined Glazing Saddles, LLC in January 2006 as Controller/CFO where he manages and directs all accounting functions, human resources, payroll, information technology, cash flow and banking requirements. He is actively involved in all planning areas of retail and wholesale sales, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution. During his career, Mark gained valuable experience in the food industry through key financial positions with Sysco Corporation, where he learned wholesale foodservice distribution; Coca Cola Enterprise, where he helped set up a new division and directed cost accounting efforts; and most recently Chippery Gourmet Baking Products Company, where he successfully positioned them for sale to a strategic investor. As part of senior management he established sound accounting controls, key employee development, strategic planning & execution, and innovative information technology systems. He draws from his knowledge and experience to meet the challenge of improving business systems to create growth in assets, revenues and profits. Mark graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1981 with a BBA in Accounting and Computer and Information Services. He is a native Texan and currently resides in Leander, TX with his wife, Sharon. He enjoys outdoor activities of fishing, hunting and golf.

Our Leadership: Randy Willard

Randy Willard: Operations Wrangler/Partner Randy Willard became a Krispy Kreme franchise owner in 2000 and is responsible for real estate evaluation for store development sites, store operations, hiring of management staff, training and development of managers. He currently oversees 13 stores with over of 350 employees. During his career, Randy gained experience in various positions with Krispy Kreme including Assistant Manager, General Manager, Market Manager and also Corporate IT Development Engineer. He also is the spokesperson for the Franchise Advisory Council for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation where he represents US Franchisees to the Krispy Kreme executive management. Randy saddled-up with The Austin-based Bush's Chicken team in 2013 and currently oversees operations for several Bush's Chicken concepts. Randy graduated from North Carolina State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He moved to Texas to start his Krispy Kreme franchise and currently resides in Cedar Park, Texas with his wife, Jennifer. They have three sons.
